Admission Process

Step 1. Collect student materials

• Passport
• Headshot
• Certificate of no criminal record
• Passports of the child's parents
• Notarized translation of the complete academic transcript for the previous academic year
• Basic family information: address, phone number, email, parents' occupations, etc.

Step 2. Issue Admission Notice

Once the above information is confirmed to be correct, our school will issue an admission notice.

Step 3. Prepay Visa Application Fee

Students are required to prepay 3,000 RMB (or 450 USD) for their visa application.

Step 4. Government Approval & Stamping

The school prepares the application documents for international students studying in China (with a list of students), and submits them along with the above materials to the Foreign Affairs Office of the Jiande Municipal Education Commission for signature and stamping. Then, it submits them to the Provincial Department of Education for signature and stamping, and waits for the Provincial Department of Education to issue a "confirmation form."

Step 5. Apply for Visa at Local Chinese Embassy

Send the electronic version of the admission letter and confirmation form (nowadays they are all electronic) to the student, and let the student go to the embassy of their country of residence to apply for a visa.

Step 6. Arrive in China & Complete Enrollment

Students arrive in China to enroll and pay the first year's fees (RMB 90,000).
